Leveraging the 4th Quarter of the Federal Fiscal Year

Government agencies are encouraged to fully utilize their budgeted funds and, in some cases, realize that they will not fully spend their budget during the fiscal year. The fourth quarter of the Federal fiscal year, July through September, can be an opportunity for government contracting firms to obtain contracts not necessarily available during the other quarters of the fiscal year as agencies seek to fully utilize and expend their funding.
