In this webinar session, we will be discussing the tools that you can use to control your costs and make a better profit through your menu. We will review how to find the cost of your recipe and how to use that cost to strategize your Menu Mix and menu prices. Participants are encouraged to register for all three webinars in the Food Business Bootcamp series culminating in the Food Business Series Pitch Competition.
