Foundations for a Successful Business: Module 1, The Business Concept

This interactive 90-minute webinar is the first step in assisting the participants in understanding the processes involved in developing a viable and comprehensive business plan. This webinar will establish the foundation for a successful business. Module 1 will aid the attendees in developing the business concept and determining its feasibility. Participants are also encouraged to register for the advanced Modules 2 and 3 and to fully complete the entire series whether their venture is a start-up or an existing business seeking to pivot. This workshop module is a MUST! Participants are also encouraged to get assistance from a DCSBDC business counselor.
