How to Develop a Successful Business Plan

This two (2) hour seminar assist the participant in understanding the processes involved in the development of a viable and comprehensive business plan, as well as helping to establish the framework for undertaking the necessary steps to test a business concept and determine feasibility. The seminar facilitates discussion on the important elements of the business plan, and assist the participant in understanding their relative importance. During the seminar, reference materials are made available to participant.
