Creating financial projections are vital to the success of your business. Your financial projections serve as a road map, showing you in detail how you will get from where you are today (Point A) to where you want to be tomorrow (Point B). This course will explore the steps to take to create financial projections that you can use to strategically grow your business Defining your sales goals, building out your direct and indirect costs, and examining your cash flow to determine if and when financing is needed. The Learning Objective for Part 2 includes projecting how much you will sell and how much it will cost you. It is recommended that participants have a QuickBooks Online subscription for the most benefit from this webinar.
