This 90-minute webinar assists the participant in understanding the cost of their product. It is important to maintain your knowledge of your food cost as inflation and supply chain issues continue to raise prices of food and materials. Participants will be provided a spreadsheet tool and shown how can be used to estimate the cost of their recipes during the class. Please note that this is the only in-person session in the food business series.
