Participants will learn how to: • Structure a lean business plan covering customer, offer, pricing and channels • Build monthly revenue, expense and cash flow projections • Test loan repayment, including a downside case • Write a funding request that states how much, what for, and how it will be repaid • Use AI responsibly by checking every output against known facts before it reaches a lender
