Foundations for a Successful Business: Module 1, The Business Concept

This newly developed interactive 90-minute webinar is the first step in assisting the participants in understanding the processes involved in developing a viable and comprehensive business plan. This webinar will establish the foundation for a successful business. Module 1 will aid the attendees in developing the business concept and determining its feasibility. Participants will be provided with the presentation and worksheets in advance of the workshop that will allow time for review of the presentation and to document/assemble your thoughts. Participants are also encouraged to register for the advanced Modules 2 and 3 and to fully complete the entire series whether their venture is a start-up or an existing business seeking to pivot. This workshop module is a MUST! Participants are also encouraged to get assistance from a DCSBDC business counselor.
